We offer many classes for many age groups, from infant to pre-teen. 

INFANT

6 Weeks to 11 Months & 12 to 17 Months

 

Our Infant Program, designed for little ones aged 6 weeks to 11 months, is a special journey of growth and development. At World of Wonder Academy, our primary goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports the unique needs of each infant. We aim to achieve the following goals to ensure a seamless transition to our Toddler Class:

 

  • Secure Attachment: Prioritize building secure attachments between infants and caregivers, fostering trust, and emotional well-being.

  • Sensory Exploration: Encourages sensory exploration through age-appropriate activities to promote cognitive and motor skill development.

  • Communication Development: Facilitate early communication skills by engaging in responsive interactions, encouraging babbling, and fostering a love for language.

  • Social Engagement: Gentle social interactions introduce infants to the joy of sharing, cooperation, and forming early friendships.

  • Routines and Independence: Establish consistent daily routines that promote a sense of security while gently introducing elements of independence.

  • Fine and Gross Motor Skills: Offer activities that help infants develop both fine and gross motor skills, setting the foundation for physical development.

  • Health and Well-being: Maintain a clean and safe environment, prioritize proper nutrition, and ensure infants' overall health and well-being.

  • Parent-Child Connection: Promoting strong partnerships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress, and involving them in their child's early learning journey.

 

By achieving these goals, we aim to equip our infants with the essential skills and a strong foundation for a smooth transition for every child in our care to our Toddler Class. 

Newborn

TODDLERS

13 - 18 Months & 18 - 24 Months

Our Toddler Program, designed for little ones aged 13 to 24 months, is a pivotal stage in their early development. At World of Wonder Academy, our mission is to create a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment that encourages the growth and independence of our toddlers, preparing them to confidently conquer their next milestone in our Preschool Program. Our goals for this program are:

 

  • Social Interaction: Focus on developing crucial social skills, encouraging positive peer interactions, sharing, and cooperation to foster a sense of community and teamwork.

  • Language Development: Provide opportunities for language enrichment, expanding vocabulary, and enhancing communication skills through stories, songs, and conversations.

  • Fine and Gross Motor Skills: Emphasize physical development, helping toddlers refine their fine and gross motor skills through play and age-appropriate activities.

  • Cognitive Growth: Nurture curiosity and problem-solving abilities by introducing age-appropriate puzzles, games, and creative exploration.

  • Emotional Regulation: Support the emotional development of toddlers, teaching them how to express their feelings, manage emotions, and develop a positive self-image.

  • Independence: Encourage independence through daily routines, allowing toddlers to build self-help skills such as dressing themselves, using utensils, and tidying up.

  • Exploration and Creativity: Provide a variety of hands-on experiences and art activities to stimulate creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning.

  • Preparedness for Preschool: Prepare toddlers for the next step in their educational journey by instilling a sense of confidence, curiosity, and readiness for the challenges of preschool.

2 to 2.5 Years, 2.5 to 3 Years & 3 Years​

Our Preschool Program, tailored for children aged 2 to 3 years old, is a vital stepping stone in their educational journey. Our dedication to creating an engaging, nurturing, and dynamic environment that not only prepares preschoolers for the challenges of Pre-K but also instills a lifelong love for learning includes the following goals:

                       

Social and Emotional Development: Foster positive relationships, empathy, and emotional regulation, ensuring that preschoolers feel confident, secure, and ready to interact harmoniously with peers, teachers, and the community.

  • Language and Communication Skills: Focus on enhancing vocabulary, listening skills, and expressive language through stories, group discussions, and creative activities.

  • Cognitive Growth: Introduce age-appropriate math, science, and literacy concepts, encouraging critical thinking, problem-solving, and a thirst for knowledge.

Preschool

4 to 5 Years Old​
